Megan Balch

Paraeducator

Megan joined BA in 2019.

Megan is working towards finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with minors in Special Education and in History from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Megan had a Special Education Internship at a day treatment program at Songo Locks Elementary School in Naples, Maine. Last year she worked as a sub for the school district working at PALS in WES, WES and at Barnard Academy.
Fun Facts: Megan went to elementary school at Barnard. She traveled to Guatemala in a service trip. Megan went to Nashville, Tennessee after winning first place in a physical therapy competition her junior year of high school. She hopes to participate in another service trip this July going to Malawi, Africa. Megan has been a camp counselor at Killington’s day camp for two years and Woodstock Rec for three years.  She is a proud sister of a U. S. Marine. Megan loves to swim, kayak and take walks/hikes with her dog Rosie and has an addiction to clothes and shoes shopping!
